  • love HPE

First graders created a display in the hallway to show the school what they love about High Pointe and first grade. They wrote a lot about how school is fun and that they think their teachers are awesome!

  • math club

The Math Club at High Pointe went to a math contest at SBU in Bolivar. The students had a very good time competing with the other eighty-two fourth graders present. They were also quite successful as we had eight students qualify for the regional round of competition. Seven students won individual awards as well. We are very proud of our Math Club!

  • movies

Fourth graders are learning how to use the Chromebooks to create movies in art class. They discussed how to add sound and edit the movies to create interest. Students are very excited to finish their movies and share them with their classes!

High Pointe accomplished many wonderful things before Christmas Break. Two Kindergarten classes visited a nusing home to sing carols and hand out cards, the Leadership Team won a prize in the Christmas Parade, and students enjoyed watching their teachers and administrators perform in a Christmas program. December was a wonderful month for High Pointe!
