Prerequisites: 70% or higher in International Foods
This course is an extension of the basic cooking skills learned in International Foods, focusing on advanced cooking techniques and an introduction to the hospitality industry. Students will prepare foods, including stocks, soups, and sauces, marinades, breads, pastries, etc. Students will also work to become certified through the Christian County Food Handler's course.
