  • What is Edcamp SpEd?

Edcamp SpEd is an "unconference" for people from all areas of education to come together to network, learn, and share resources. This professional development opportunity is for educators, parents, and allies who would like to discuss important topics in special education. This FREE event is open to everyone; special educators, occupational therapists, process coordinators, general education teachers, administrators, student teachers and interns, paraprofessionals, parents, and allies.
What is an "unconference" you ask? It is a meeting where most of the content is developed and shared by the participants. That means you will be getting real-time, applicable information that you can use in your classrooms on topics that interest you the most. Maybe you have some ideas that others could use.
