Welcome to the Glenn Scott SCORE campus of Nixa High School

  • SCORE is designed to be an intervention program for students who are experiencing difficulty at the Nixa High School main campus. Since SCORE began, the program has helped 368 students graduate from Nixa High School.

SCORE stands for “Second Chance of Receiving an Education.”

SCORE has two educational programs. We have a regular high school program where
students in 9th -12th grade attend classes for 8 class periods; including STAR. Students earn credit for each class they pass, working towards state graduation requirements. SCORE has approximately 60 – 65 students enrolled per semester, who attend classes from 7:30 a.m. – 2:32 p.m. District bus transportation is provided if a student qualifies based on district transportation boundaries. SCORE is equipped with a hot lunch cafeteria.

    What is the program like?
