Misc. Payment Info
More information about our payment process:
The ELC is a tuition based preschool. We offer 4 different class/pricing options. As well as a variety of payment options.
Please note: The following information reflects costs for the 2021/2022 school year.
- Our tuition is based on a 174 day calendar year. Although we are starting later in the year, we still have the same amount of school days with a shorter Christmas break and less days off throughout the year.
- Our annual class tuition will be divided into 10 equal payments.
- Payments are to be posted/billed at the first of the month and are to be paid in full by the 24st* of each month.
**With the exception of the first month's payment. The first full month's tuition will be due on August 16th. Failure to pay will result in your child losing his/hers spot in the program. Giving the deadline of August 16th allows us time to backfill newly available spots before school starts on August 23th.
- Failure to make payments will disrupt your child's enrollment status.
For parents who are separated/divorced:
We understand how delicate money conversations are in situations like this.
The office is not responsible for assuming who will be accountable for tuition payments. Should requests be made that one party is to pay over another, the request will need to be confirmed in writing (or via email) by both parties.
