- If you would like a list of people from your graduating class that approved the distribution of their information, please email Zac Rantz at ZacRantz@nixaschools.net.
- If you are a Nixa alumni and need to update your information or would like to approve your information to be distributed to other alumni, please fill out the Nixa Alumni Information Update Form.
Academic Hall of Fame Nomination Form
Each year Nixa is excited to honor graduates. If you would like to nominate a Nixa graduate for the Nixa Academic Hall of Fame, you can find information on the nomination form page HERE.
Deadline to submit is February 1, 2019
Former Students/Graduates Only (Not current NHS students)
There is a $5.00 processing fee for each copy of your transcript. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your request once it has been received.
We must have both the request form signed by the student and the $5.00 processing fee before we can process your request. No transcript requests can be fulfilled without both the form and the payment. There is no fee for 2017 graduates.

Current Nixa High School Students:
Please stop by the Counselor's Office to complete the transcript request form. There is no fee for current students.
