School Visitor Process

Press button to sign in with driver’s license.
Show front of ID within frame shown on the screen, then show back of ID within frame shown on the screen.
Fit your face within frame on the screen, make sure you are centered and looking straight at the camera located on the right side of the iPad.
- Make sure to remove hats, glasses, or masks when taking the picture. This is to ensure the picture on the ID matches the person signing in.
Select reason for why you are visiting. Receive sticker badge from office manager.
- Keep badge for future use, as it can be used again only at that school.
Sign out using badge, by selecting “Sign Out” and use barcode located on your badge.

Download the Raptor Safe app in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Open the Raptor Safe app and pull up QR code on the main screen.
Press button to sign in with School ID or Raptor QR Code.
Put QR code within the frame on the screen.
Select reason for why you are visiting (Example: Turkey Trot).
Sign out using Raptor Safe QR code, by selecting “Sign Out”, then fit QR code within frame shown on the screen.

Download the Raptor Safe app in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Volunteers can create and manage their profile and Raptor Passport for easy, secure access to participating schools.
Once registered, volunteers receive a dynamic QR code, allowing them to quickly scan for seamless check-in and check-out when visiting school facilities.

Open link to Raptor Volunteer Application. Click here to apply to be a volunteer.
Enter personal information.
Select the school at which to volunteer at. Volunteering at all schools is an option.
Please select the function. Do not select screened volunteer unless you have been told to.
Select the organization you are volunteering on behalf of. If not applicable, select “None”.
Go to the Nixa Public Schools Volunteer rules at https://nixapublicschools.net/volunteer, then provide your electronic signature.
You have now applied to be a volunteer with Nixa Public Schools!
