You will have the opportunity to upload all required documentation when completing the online new student registration. If you are unable to upload the required documents, you can email them to registration@nixaschools.net or physically drop them off at the Registration Center located at 308 S Little Eagle Dr, Nixa.

- Picture ID of Parent/Guardian (required)
- Proof of Residency - must provide one of the following documents that are dated within the last 60 days, lists the SERVICE address, company’s name, and the parent/guardian's name. (required)
- Utility bill or deposit receipt for gas, water, or electric (Please make sure the receipt has your name and service address on it.)
- Rental/Lease Agreement, signed by both parties
- If the name of the parent/guardian, for the student being enrolled, is not on the "Proof of Residency", the resident owner must sign a notarized “Residency Verification Form” (available at the Registration Center) verifying the student resides at their address. This form will be notarized at the Registration Center. The resident owner must provide their photo ID and valid proof of residency.
Items we can accept are: Utility Statement, Internet Statement, Landline Phone Statement, Signed Lease Agreement, Trash Services Statement, or Signed Real Estate Contract/Closing Documents for a new purchase (must be signed by both parties)
Items we can NOT accept are: Personal Property Tax Statements, Real Estate Tax Statement, Counter Offers/Pending Closing Date Papers, Title or Deed, Title/Buyers Settlement Statement, Mortgage Statements, Bank Statement, Credit Card Statements, Voter’s Registration Card, Medical Bills, Advertisements or Junk Mail, Car Insurance Statement/Card, State Assistance Paperwork
