The weather has played a small factor in the progress, but crews continue to work hard as the summer months quickly approach. Thank you to Killian Construction, Nesbitt Construction, and all the designers and architects for your work on these projects.

Businesses in and around Nixa recently came to Inman to talk to 5th and 6th graders about their careers. It was an enjoyable time for everyone, as the students got to ask questions about a particular job. The kids also learned how the Portrait of an Eagle traits they are learning in school can translate to the business world and why they are so important. Thank you to all the businesses that came out to talk to our students๐.

If you are at the high school and need a morning pick-me-up, you can stop by the library and grab a coffee or a sweet treat. Tyler Killen’s business class has been running the new and improved Birdhouse Coffee Shop. Students split time between the classroom and the shop, learning the business side of things. The kids reinvent the menu each week, trying to find the just right drink for everyone to enjoy.
- ESPY
Espy has tried for many years to have an art show outside, but the wind and rain were always difficult to work around. This year, they decided to move the event indoors to make sure the weather wouldn't be a factor. Parents and staff members seemed to enjoy the change, as everyone was able to have a wonderful evening exploring all the talent inside the school.
