Health Services Position Statement

Nixa Public Schools Health Services personnel understand that the ability for students to learn at school is directly related to the status of their health.

Our Health Service Department's mission is to support and promote all facets of student health and wellness to optimize their educational experience. We accomplish this by managing student healthcare needs and identifying and addressing health-related barriers to learning. 

Our vision is for our students to be healthy, actively engaged in their well-being, and prepared for a lifetime of healthy behaviors.
