    Directions: Go south on Hwy 160/Campbell Ave to South St.

    Turn east on South St and go .2 miles to Little Eagle Dr and turn left.

     

     

     

    The Returning Student Form is required for ALL returning students.  You are asked to complete this form once per year.   The Returning Student form should be completed before the first day of school, August 21.   You will be able to verify and make any necessary changes or updates.    The Returning Student Site is now available and the link is listed below.

    • Rapid Notification (notification for school closings and general school information) - Phone numbers, text numbers and emails
    • Student's cell phone number
    • OptOut selection for students
    • Emergency Contacts (Anyone other than parents, guardians & step-parents, up to 3 contacts) - Name, relationship & phone number
